Cheshire Sandstone Ridge VR Project
On Tuesday 18th March, groups of young people had the opportunity to participate in the Cheshire Sandstone Ridge VR Project. This project aims to look at the benefits of VR as immersive learning and therapeutic environments, bringing the outdoors, indoors through Virtual Reality. All of the young people who participated in the project had positive experiences, with fantastic feedback from Mark Kendrick at Gizmo Media who is carrying out the project on behalf of the Cheshire Sandstone Ridge Trust. Young people were able to visit Delamere Forest, Frodsham Hill and even a Virtual Hot Air Balloon experience!
Mark also discussed aspects of the project and his own career with the young people, giving them pointers on their own VR journeys. A great day for all involved!
