Outreach Service

Mill Green School is an โ€˜outstandingโ€™ special school in St Helens. Our young people have a range of significant difficulties and complex learning needs, including complex physical and medical needs. We offer an outreach service which aims to provide St Helens schools with expert support and advice.

As a specialist setting for young people with a range of complex needs, our outreach team have a broad range of skills and experience which enables us to provide bespoke support programmes for secondary schools within the borough. Colleagues in local schools are able to access a range of experienced specialist teachers who are supported by the whole school team. Through this support, we focus on enabling staff to support young people with complex needs confidently, with the appropriate skills, knowledge and understanding they need.
