Headteacher
Sean is responsible for the strategic leadership and overall performance of the school.

Deputy Headteacher
Cath is responsible for Curriculum Development & Accreditation, Progress, Teaching and Learning, Key Stage 5 including transition, EHCPs (Key Stage 5), Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and SMSC, Cultural Capital.
Cassie Surrey

Cassie is responsible for Whole School Therapy Provision, Sensory Curriculum, Positive Behaviour Support, Autism (NAS/AET), Key Stage 4 including transition, EHCPs (Key Stage 4), Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead
Lisa Moran
Deputy Headteacher (Maternity Cover)
Lisa leads on the development of teaching and learning across the school and is currently our strategic lead for behaviour. She also leads on our Early Career Teacher Programme, and Initial Teacher Training Support.

Assistant Headteacher (Maternity Cover)
Claire supports young people across Key Stage 4 adn coordinates our Year 10 transition from Lansbury Bridge School and Local Authority Consultations for Years 10 and 11. Claire also

Lee Miller
SENCO
Lee is our SENCO, leading on the majority of the annual review process across all key stages. Lee is also responsible for the development of the therapeutic provision at Mill Green, as well as supporting our Looked After Children. Lee is also our 'Leavers' class teacher.
Lauren Curzon
Key Stage 5 Manager
Lauren supports young people across Key Stage 5. She works closely with the Senior Leadership Team on transitions into Key Stage 5 and transitions on to other provisions, post-Mill Green. Lauren also leads on our Preparation for Adulthood curriculum.
Rob Rigby
Leader of Literacy
Rob is responsible for the co-ordination of whole school literacy, including instilling a 'love of reading' across school. Rob is passionate about the development of functional literacy skills to ensure learners at Mill Green are prepared for the literacy demands of adulthood.
Sorcha Frith
Phonics Lead
Sorcha is responsible for our whole-school phonics approach. Sorcha ensures that the teaching of early reading skills at whatever age or stage is effective across school.
Annette Clarke
Attainment and Achievement Lead
Annette is our accreditation lead, working with staff and young people across school to ensure the best possible outcomes, including the development of appropriate pathways towards formal accreditation. Annette works closely with our Senior Leadership Team to ensure young person attainment is robustly monitored and evaluated.
